In Spain, it is very common for people to eat a quick breakfast or snack at a local bar while simply standing rather than sitting. They munch on their cafe, pastries, or “tostadas” while conversing with others at a counter top, and then going to work afterwards.

Cafe culture is huge in Spain. In Spain, coffee is a lot stronger than in the US. I need to have my coffee “con leche” because I am not a fan of black coffee in general. But with a little milk, it is delicious!
