One of the largest cathedrals in Spain (the one in Sevilla is inspired by this one!)

I loved this cathedral because since it took years and years to build, it has an interesting blend of different styles of architecture, including gothic, renaissance, baroque, and neo classical. However, it is considered be one of Spain’s greatest examples of Gothic architecture.

Spanish cathedrals are shaped like the Latin cross, where it is longer vertically than horizontally. The head of the cathedral is the altar, and always faces east, meaning that is points towards Jerusalem.
